VERITAS MONETA

Collateral & financial railwork · banks and central banks

RESERVED status label text: reserved — described, never claimed

A proposed central-bank system: a collateral and financial railwork coordination layer, conceived for banks and central banks, with a framework seat imagined for a UN-based international institution. Authorities keep issuance and policy control local; only approved institutional messages and privacy-screened aggregates cross the boundary.

Animated concept: a Moneta coordination core exchanges approved collateral and railwork traffic with participating central banks and commercial banks, each keeping reserves, policy and customer balances local; an international institution framework seat is labelled proposed only.

The animation is a written-down concept: no live network, issuance, agreement or deployment exists behind it. Select the diagram to view it larger.

Alternate proposed architecture based on the supplied sketch: a global canister coordination layer, independent country central banks, commercial banks, and locally owned customer account and wallet records, with an authorized reserve coordination boundary. Reporting is aggregate and access controlled; no live IMF or UN relationship, anonymous API, integration, or deployment is claimed.

The global-canister architecture from the Moneta brief — shown here as recorded in the programme's financial-infrastructure description. Select the diagram to view it larger.

What this programme would be

Veritas Moneta is proposed as the collateral and financial railwork of the platform: participating institutions identify eligible collateral, verify evidence and terms, coordinate approved allocations, and record results in their own ledgers. The same railwork would carry bank-to-bank financial traffic where governance permits it.

Central-bank and international roles

Central banks would remain fully sovereign: their issuance, reserve policy and participant permissions never leave them. A framework seat for a UN-based international organization is part of the concept — described as a possible coordination role, with no relationship to any real institution claimed anywhere on this site.

Global-canister architecture — the Moneta brief in four tiers

The programme's own description stacks the proposal in four tiers: a global-canister coordination layer above independent country central banks, above participating commercial banks, above locally owned customer account and wallet records. Connecting bands name the global reaching point and the reserve-pool concept. The canister is a proposed coordination concept — never the balance source of truth.

Institutional reporting boundary

Under the brief, only authorized, privacy-screened aggregates and approved institutional instructions cross the coordination layer; account numbers, wallet identifiers, individual balances and raw customer activity stay inside each owning bank. The institution examples in the source sketch (IMF, UN) are labels from that sketch — this page claims no live relationship with any real institution.

Honesty rules on this page

Nothing here claims a live network, a monetary authority relationship, an issuance capability or a UN/IMF connection. Customer balances and account identities remain inside each participant bank in the design itself — there is no global customer directory in the proposal.
