RAPHAEL CEX — BUSINESS PARTNERS
What a partner needs to work with the exchange desk
This page shows business partners what the exchange desk needs from them and what they can rely on — described, never claimed: no quotes, no volumes, no fee schedules.
Market and liquidity partners who want to work with the exchange side of the platform and first want to see, plainly, what is needed from them and what they get back. This is the partners' page; the desk's own story stays on the Raphael CEX desk page and its creation record on the Build Plan.
Everything a partner does with the exchange desk runs on verified identity: every request is recorded against a sign-in session verified by the access registry — never against a name typed into a form. That is what makes partner activity auditable from day one.
This is a demonstration page, not an operation console: no live quotes, balances or fills appear here, and nothing on this page invents metrics beyond the desk facts above.
the partner checklist — what a partner needs to bring, in order; each step is recorded, never assumed
Write to [email protected] or use Request Access. Name the institution and what it wants to do on the exchange — market-making, listings or settlement flows.
After acceptance, the partner receives a login account in the access registry. Identity always derives from the verified session — a browser never supplies it, and every sign-in attempt is recorded in the operator log.
On the Raphael CEX desk page the partner presses Start the programme. The start is recorded against the verified operator identity and visibly confirmed in the operator workspace.
The final partnership terms — listing policies, fee schedules, settlement agreements — will be uploaded with the desk's real materials when the exchange core ships. Until then this page describes — it does not pretend those documents exist.
what partners can rely on — the desk's published facts, nothing promised ahead of its record
Partner fills and flows post through the Veritas Gold settlement path — one spool of truth shared with the reserve desk and merchant flows. Nothing settles on a private side ledger, so partner records reconcile at source.
Reconciliation views over every fill, cancel and settlement event, read-only by default — planned for the desk and built on the audit anchors the standing backend already produces.
No listing fees, revenue shares, volume targets or fee schedules are offered on this page. Partner economics will exist only when the desk's real materials say so — uploaded and approved, never invented here.
